
Fresh mussels with the herby taste of Pesto sauce.
Ingredients
4 Medium Qbag Cooking Bags
1.20 kg mussels
2 stalks white celery
1 red and green pepper
1 large onion
50 g Pesto
Herbs - dill, chive and basil
400 ml white wine

Prepare the Qbag Cooking Bags flat and ends opened for filling, with the EasyView Window facing upwards.

Cut the celery, onion and peppers into small pieces and divide into each Qbag.

Put a quarter of the mussels into each of the Qbags and pour 25ml white wine into each bag.

Add a spoon of pesto to each bag.

Fold the open end by 1cm, twice, pressing down firmly to seal during cooking.
Cooking

In the oven: Preheated to 200ºC, then cook for 20 mins or until the mussels are open.
On the BBQ: Preheated to hot, then cook for 10 mins or until the mussels are open.
