
Succulent chicken breasts in a mushroom sauce.
Ingredients
1 Medium Qbag Cooking Bag
2 chicken breast fillets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and freshly-ground pepper
Directions

Place the chicken fillets on a plate to season, or put straight into the Qbag. Salt and pepper both sides, then pour over the can of soup.

Fold the open end of the Qbag by 1cm, twice, pressing down firmly to seal.
Cooking

In the oven: Preheated to 180ºC, then cook for 35 mins.
On the BBQ: Preheated to hot, then cook for 25 mins.

Once cooked, remove the chicken and stir remaining sauce before serving.
