
Freshly steamed salmon the clean and easy way.
Ingredients
1 Medium Qbag Cooking Bag
2 salmon fillets
2 tsp butter
Half lemon squeezed, or half cup white wine
Salt and freshly-ground black pepper
Chopped parsley to garnish
Directions

Prepare an hour or two in advance and keep refrigerated until ready to cook.

Place the salmon fillets on a plate to season, or straight into Qbag. Salt and pepper both sides, squeezing the lemon over.

Put one teaspoon of butter on each piece of salmon.

Fold the open end of the Qbag by 1cm, twice, pressing down firmly to seal. Keep refrigerated until ready to cook.
Cooking

In the oven: Preheated to 200ºC, then cook for 15 mins.
On the BBQ: Preheated to hot, then cook for 12 mins.
