
Dessert with a fabulous vanilla custard to pour over.
Ingredients
1 Medium Qbag Cooking Bag
1 orange, peeled and sliced crossways 5mm thick
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into chunks
100 g fresh or tinned (and drained) pineapple chunks
100 g strawberries, cut in half
50 g blueberries
Custard
200 ml crème fraîche
1 tbsp brown sugar
Half vanilla pod, split lengthways

Prepare all the fruit, gently mix together and place in a covered bowl in the refrigerator.

Put fruit in Qbag at the last minute when ready to cook.
Cooking

In the oven: Preheated to 200ºC, then cook for 12 mins.
On the BBQ: Preheated to a medium heat, then cook for 5 mins.
Custard

Mix all the custard ingredients over a low heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour warm custard over fruit and serve.
