Garlic Prawns

The best way to cook prawns on a BBQ, without them slipping through the grill!

Ingredients

1 Medium Qbag Cooking Bag
200 g cooked fresh or thoroughly-defrosted king prawns
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 green capsicum, de-seeded and chopped finely
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and freshly-ground black pepper

Directions

Peel the prawns and place in a bowl or put straight into the Qbag.

Mix all the remaining ingredients together.

For maximum flavour during cooking, marinate in the fridge up to 2 hours before cooking. Always keep the prawns/shrimp chilled until ready for cooking.

In the oven: Preheated to 200ºC, then cook for 10 mins.
On the BBQ: Preheated to hot, then cook for 6-8 mins.
